Personalized Items Policy

When personalizing an item for purchase, such as metal-stamped items with personal quotes, names, dates, specific colours & materials, once we have confirmed a design and the order is placed, full payment including taxes & shipping, is due before the item is created.  We are not able to refund or exchange personalized items, once we have received payment.

Shipping Information & Fees

Due to our products being handmade, personalized and customized, we try to have your items shipped to you within a reasonable time period.  There are however, circumstances such as backordered items due to supply shipments, that occasionally cannot be avoided.  We try our best to have our supplies in stock so that we may prepare your items promptly.  Customized and/or personalized items will generally take a littler longer to process, but should be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order, unless supply is not in stock, therefore, we will send you an email letting you know the approximate expected shipment date.

Our shipping starts as low as $2.50-$5.00 for orders weighing up to 500g.  Most average orders are within our low rate weight range.  If your order weighs over 500g, it is considered a parcel.  We will notify you before processing your order, to inform you of the additional shipping fee.  The rate for parcels starts at $15 and up.  With our Regular Lettermail postage (under 500g), you will receive a notification when your package has been delivered, but that will not include parcel tracking or insurance for lost or damaged items.  Canada Post has an options to add parcel tracking and insurance up to $100 for lost or damaged items, for an additional $9.00.  There are also other options for shipping at additional costs which will be offered in your "Shipping Methods" page.

Product Warranty

We offer a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase, on products with manufacturing or material defects.  We will exchange products under warranty, but cannot issue returns.  We will pay standard shipping fees associated with your product under warranty.  Please ensure that you contact us to let us know that you are returning an item so that we are prepared to send your replacement as soon as we receive your return.
